Sa Ool stood in awe for a few moments as he entered the operations center. The room was arranged in descending rows of workstations in a stadium style with a podium and massive wall of display screens and holoprojectors at the front. The screens showed maps of New Tython, the Yhi system and live feeds from various surveillance feeds. Jedi Sentinels and KUDF liason officers bustled about the room, monitoring various feeds and incoming data.
The Kel-Dor hadn’t been to this room since it was recently reconstructed - it was a true feat of technology and international cooperation. He noticed a very familiar looking Human in brown robes, gray armor and a Guardian teal sash make a direct line toward him.
“Sa! It’s been too long, old friend.” Before the Kel Dor could object, Turel Sorenn - his old teammate turned Jedi Councilor - swept him up in a moderately consentual hug.
“Not long enough,” Sa quipped through his breathing mask. “I was told you had a mission for me.”
"Quite right., Turel noted as he released Sa from the hug. The Human fumbled for a moment before producing a holopad. “The details are on the pad, it’s biometrically encoded to you. Pretty cool huh? I don’t have to tell you how important this assignment is. The Council is counting on you.”

Whenua has requested Jedi escort to a critical diplomatic summit in the independent Bothan colony of Bashk on New Tython. You are to escort Whenua from Menat Ombo to Bashk, remain with him until the negotiations are complete and return to Menat Ombo where the Tribal Alliance will resume responsibility for his security.
The Sentinel Network has received credible intelligence from multiple sources of a possible assassination attempt on Whenua’s life during the visit from both Colonial nationalist and Harakoan tribal extremist elements. It is unclear which group will make an attempt so be on your guard. We have unverified, single source intelligence, that the local Bothan security forces may be compromised.
