Star Wars: Commander has been out on iOS for a while now, and the DB has an Imperial Squad already. There has even been a competition earlier this month.
Good news for non Apple users: Star Wars: Commander is now out on Android!
What’s more, the squads are cross platform, so you can join Dark-Brotherhood and be in the same squad as everyone else!

If by guild you mean squad, they are cross-platform. On Android I found the squad with iOS players like Val, Muz, etc. But yes, with the limits as low as they are, it may pay to start new squads.
