So blasters technically don’t have a silencer. This makes it hard to do stealth missions, and get the drop on people in general. Well couldn’t someone make a device that would be attached to the gun and produce a sound wave that matched the amplitude of the blaster shot, but made the inverted phase. It wouldn’t completely cancel the noise of the blaster but it would help dampen it a lot.
